French design company Petite Friture, which was founded in 2010, has just launched its first tableware collection – “Succession”. Presented at the latest edition of the Maison & Objet interior design and decoration trade fair, the collection comprises eight pieces, including three sizes of plate (from €22), a bowl (€24), a salad bowl (€24), a pitcher (€55), a tea cup (€17) and a coffee cup (€14), all available in black or white.
“‘Succession” collection celebrates porcelain as a prime material for tableware, lending itself to use in contrasting ways, with a raw matte exterior surface and a glossy enamel interior.
In addition to magnificent tableware pieces, Petite Friture has releases culinary-inspired accessories for the kitchen such as playful “So-Sage”pendants lights shaped like sausages hanging in a butcher’s (from €270) and “Tubercule” wall hooks which are the exact replica of two potatoes, available in grey or blue ($58). There’s also a lighting based on laundry.
