One of favorite Hollywood’s couples say goodbye to his luxury love nest…
Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have officialy put on sale their Pacific Palisades mansion, priced at $7.25 million. This dynamic duo bought the estate in 2004, as seen from the perspective of Hollywood is a real eternity. They bought this villa with five bedrooms and five bathrooms for $4.12 million, which means that it will be a big plus if they sell it at a price they asked for.
The villa is located in a very private property, has a traditional style and was built in 1952. It was renovated in 1999 and 2006, measuring about 700 m2 and offering enough space for the whole family. The warm and hospitable kitchen with a breakfast area opens to the richly decorated courtyard, where is the pool and spa section, surrounded by beautiful plants and a separate room for meditation.
The master bedroom on the first floor is definitely its most attractive area with a fireplace, spa bath, dry sauna and dual wardrobes. At this level there is also one of the guest rooms to the rounded ceiling.
On the upper level, one of the bedrooms is currently used as a room for Pilates, and has French doors that open onto the courtyard. Also, there is a media room.
Goldie and Kurt don’t want to break away from this area completely. In 2014, they purchased another property in Palisades Riviera, because they like to enjoy the beach and nice weather. Also, they have a property in Toronto, Malibu, Colorado and Manhattan.
