The attention to detail is second to none. The stone work is hand cut and fitted, all wood work is hand carved, whether it is the columns or doors. The floors are oak wood imported from America, windows of Merbau, appliances are Gaggenau and Siemens, environmental correct under floor heating, the roof is “alive” made of earth and grass to ensure better insulation and no impact to nature.

The house has thermal heating, which is taken from the ground, 180 meters down. There are also recycling machines, which make sure that all the air (100%) in the house can be changed every 3 minutes. All is computer controlled via domotic systems throughout.
