For the last 2 years, an art website Today Is Art Day tried to make art and art history more fun and attractive to a wider audience. With more than 58,000 art enthusiasts on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, they have built an incredible community. Their latest project is this Vincent Van Gogh action figure which comes with not one, but two removable ears, although Van Gogh cut his left ear.

The purpose, ie. the aim of this project is to make art history more fun, to develop a new kind of product for art history fans and to pay tribute to one of the greatest painters of all time.
Hopefully, this 5 inches high figure made of PVC would be the first in a series of many others featuring art history heroes. It comes in a high-quality box that presents fun facts about the artist and some of his most recognizable masterpieces.
