Movado has struck up a long-term collaboration with world famous industrial designer Yves Béhar and his firm FuseProject to reinterpret its iconic Museum Dial timepiece. Béhar’s Edge watch for the 134-year-old brand reimagines the ‘Museum Dial’ conceived in 1947 by artist Nathan George Horwitt. The combined effort of modern design and sculpture is revealed in these contemporary timepieces which bring a fresh dimension to the original dial while celebrating its influences rooted in the bauhaus movement.

The iconic dial takes dimensional form. The dot rises from the dial’s surface. Sculpted linear ridges suggesting the sun’s rays subtly mark the minutes.
Created for men and women, the line consists of time-only watches and chronographs, and is offered in stainless steel and steel PVD cases (black, rose gold tone, yellow gold tone) on sleek new stainless steel bracelets or with leather or rubbers straps.
