Lovers of wine and elegant decanters with deep pockets, can now enjoy the rare Australian wine at the price of €150,000 ($159,000). Last Wednesday, Penfolds Winery presented its offer of 6 liters 2012 Grange Imperial wine, and each of them is placed in a crystal decanter, which is the work of French glassworks from Saint-Louis brand. Each hand-blown decanter contains the equivalent of eight regular bottles of wine, which are normally sold at a price of about €6,000 ($6,370).
However, this rare and exquisite decanter promises perfect enjoyment of wine as they say from the Penfolds Winery, which is best known for its Grange Shiraz edition.
Their 2008 version, launched three years ago, in many lists of the best wine got a perfect position and the best result. Well, then maybe it’s worth so much money …
