Djokovic’s new apartment is located in a superb and luxurious residential skyscraper, Eighty Seven Park. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the entire space of the apartment surrounded by terraces. The building itself is not yet completed, and is the work of the famous architect Renzo Piano, who designed the Whitney Museum in New York.
Djokovic didn’t disclose the exact price of his new apartment, but we know that the initial price of a three bedroom residences in the tower is about $5.9 million.
As we said, this magnificent building is still under construction and should be finished next year.

Otherwise, his apartment, which is one of the seventy residences in this tower and will have an interiors by Renas Dumas Architecture Intérieure. It will include floor-to-ceiling windows and design palette that draws on the views of the nearby beach.
The condos range from 1,400-7,000 square feet and come with keys to the gated 35-acre North Shore Park – reminiscent of the coveted keys to New York’s exclusive Gramercy Park.
