Supermodel and television star Tyra Banks is looking to unload her massive Manhattan penthouse at a price of $17,5 million. Impressive 7,000 square-foot condo duplex is also available to rent for $50,000 per month.
The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom duplex penthouse is located on River Terrace, next to Rockefeller Park and the Hudson River. The oak-paneled property is enclosed by floor-to-ceiling, wrap-around windows, offering views to the North, South, and West.

On the main level, there is a living room, a library, a dining room, a family room, a chef’s kitchen, a gym, an office, a salon with a 360-degree mirrored dressing room, full staff quarters, and three guest suites.

On the same level, there is also an additional guest bedroom and bathroom. Almost forgot a fountain inside an apartment – more precisely in the foyer.
