British rocker Sting is asking $56 million for his two-story penthouse at Manhattan’s 15 Central Park West. The musician’s penthouse has been called an “architectural tour de force” by Sotheby’s. Penthouse takes up the 16th and 17th floors and offers spectacular city views from grand windows and a fabulous heated terrace. Spanning 5,417 sq. ft. of impeccably finished living space, the penthouse is expertly configured into a three-bedroom unit with a home office that can be converted into a fourth bedroom.
