The three bedroom guest house is a more traditional Bahamian style cottage with cypress interiors and terra cotta tile floors. The crow’s nest above is an ideal location for evening cocktails while watching the sun sink brilliantly into the sea. The main house and guest house are both perched along the southeast side of the island on the highest elevations capturing the cool prevailing breezes. The wraparound porches offer the perfect vantage point for watching the activity on the bay. On the eastern end of the island, there is a small secluded beach with excellent snorkeling just offshore. Or take a walk across the island through lush natural foliage to the pristine western beach with it’s sugary soft white sand and amazing sunset vistas. Tucked away at the end of the western beach is another two bedroom guest cottage. With it’s spacious living area and kitchen, guests can enjoy their stay on the island in comfort and privacy.
The island court features a durable and comfortable Plexi-pave surface and is complemented by the “Cabana” overlooking the western beach. The Cabana features a full assortment of modern exercise and stereo equipment with gourmet kitchen and bar area. All of the residences are connected by shady sand paths that also lead to the protected cut- out limestone harbor. Able to accommodate two boats up to 45 feet, with room for other smaller boats, the harbour offers 6 feet of draft, electricity and water receptacles, and a large dock house for gear storage.
