Baldacchino Supreme
Stuart Hughes of Liverpool in cooperation with Hebanon by Fratelli Basile Interiors of Nocera Superiore presented Baldacchino Supreme, the world most exclusive bed. Lacquered, patinated and sponge batted bed and canopy is hand-made of 107 kg of solid 24ctgold along with small decorative applications in gold leaf detai.
Structure is all in chestnut wood and curving are ash wood while structure of canopy’s edges are in cherrywood. Fabric is Italian silk and cotton with no burn certification. All decorations are handmade and can be customized. Headboard also can be customized with diamonds or other different stone that customer can wish.
Priced at £4 million ($6.3 million), only two Baldacchino Supreme will be made. [Stuart Hughes]
