Beyerdynamic has engineered a new customizable wireless headset fit with Tesla technology called Beyerdynamic Aventho Wireless.
Beyerdynamic has partnered with Mimi Hearing Technologies to offer a customizable listening experience to Aventho users via the MIY “Make It Yours” app the Beyerdynamic Aventho wireless becomes completely tailored to the listener’s unique hearing profile. Mimi’s technology is able to do so essentially by calibrating your hearing with an auditory test that illustrates your sound profile and saves it on the app.
The profile is stored on a chip in the headphones itself, so that your listening profile will be applied to everything you listen to on the Aventho. You can vary the intensity of the calibration with the MIY app too, and there’s even a service which provides you prompts when it’s time to take a break based on your listening duration and playback volume.
In the new Aventho wireless, the Tesla sound transducers are used to guarantee an extraordinary acoustic performance while enabling a unique richness of detail despite their compact size. That is then paired with MIY app for a truly innovative and personalized listening experience.
The headphones use Bluetooth 4.2 technology with support for aptX HD and AAC for optimal wireless streaming, and boast a 20 hour battery life thanks to its rechargeable internal battery.
Local pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but the Aventho is currently on pre-orders for 449 Euros on the beyerdynamic website.
The local launch is said to be in October 2017.
