Located in the Baa Atoll, just 30 minutes by seaplane from Malé International airport, Soneva Fushi offers a limited number of 1 to 9 bedroom private residences – the first resort homes available to foreigners in the Maldives.
One of them Villa 1, or the Private Reserve which is actually the biggest private residence at the Soneva Fushi Resort can now be yours for $15 million.
The Private Reserve has nine bedrooms and is like a resort within a resort. There are plenty of open spaces for dining and entertaining.
Deluxe features of the villa, which is built with sustainable materials, include generous open-air terraces and a large lagoon-style swimming pool with a sunken dining area and its own private waterslide.
The spacious and detached master bedroom has an en-suite open-air garden bathroom. It is quite private and even has its own separate small swimming pool (the second in the home).
Villa 1 also includes five guest bedrooms, a children’s bedroom, a nanny’s room and a Mr. and Mrs. Friday’s (or butler’s) bedroom.
Common rooms include a large TV lounge, kitchen, living room and study, bar and dining area, and a guest lounge.
Located on the sunrise side of the island, near Dolphin Beach, the property offers views over the Indian Ocean and direct access onto a secluded section of the white sand beach.
