Bentley introduced the new generation of Continental GT in September at the Frankfurt Fair, and now in Los Angeles promoted its First Edition.
Firstly to recall, since it is based on the new MSB platform, the new Continental GT with W12 engine is 85 kg lighter than its predecessor (it has 2.250 kg), resulting in a fuel consumption of almost 12 liters (factory data) and CO2 emissions of 278 grams per km.
Under the hood is upgraded 6.0 liter twin-turbo W12 engine with 635 hp and 900 Nm at 1350-4500 rpm, coupled with eight-speed twin-clutch transmission, sufficient for a maximum of 333 km/h and acceleration to 100 for 3.7 seconds.
Of course, the car is even more luxurious than before, with the highest quality materials and (too) rich equipment. Among other things, one should mention the 12.3-inch infotainment system, LED-Matrix light, as well as systems: Torque-Vectoring, Dynamic Ride and Anti-Roll System.
In addition, Bentley Continental GT First Edition adds, among other things, unique 22-inch alloy wheels (available in several different colors), discreet “Union Flag” tags, the finest wood, as well as a leather interior with diamond seating on the seats and doors.
There is also a Bang & Olufen audio system of 1500 watts, as well as a Naim sound system of 2200 watts.
Finally, a part of the equipment includes park assist, a pedestrian detection system and a system for the detection of traffic signs.
