Moët Hennessy is among the brands that recognize the potential growth in the market for voice-activated digital assistants like Apple’s Siri, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Samsung’s Bixby. The latest proof is their new Amazon Alexa skill that gives customers the chance to learn about champagne and “create their own experiences at home,” just in time for New Year’s Eve.
Called Bottles and Bubbles, this new skill makes use of Alexa’s voice and Moët’s expertise to help casual champagne consumers become connoisseurs. Consumers can engage with six areas of conversational and educational content.
The skill provides basic information about Moët Hennessy brands and suggestions on how to enjoy champagne with food pairings and social gatherings. It also has champagne-inspired playlists and ambient sounds for a “perfect champagne moment.”
All in all, you just have to say, “Alexa, open Bottles and Bubbles,” and then you’ll be able to access Champagne 101, which promises all necessary information. This skill is currently only available in the United States.
