Imagine that within a large apartment you have all those amenities that make one interior luxurious. What does all have to have an apartment in order to get an epitome of luxury?
This apartment in Brazil in Sao Paulo, is spacious, bright, large in size and perfectly equipped. But there is one detail that gives it extras for exclusivity, and it’s a pool in the interior.
When a client who has hired Fernanda Marques Arquitetos studio came out with an unusual request to have a pool inside his interior, most architects would be scared of such a request. Not the architects of this Brazilian studio. Such a request for them was a challenge.
They created a swimming pool fenced with glass, which is the focal point of the living room of a double height. Thus, the one side of the pool is practically the wall of the living room, so while you stay in this friendly zone you can observe the blue of the water and those who enjoy in it.
Comfortably nestled in a dual modular sofa, on the one hand, you look at the pool, while the other side of the sofa allows people to watch a movie on an elegant flat screen, for example.
The interior is also dominated by the artistic collector’s works of the owner of the apartment, and in that sense the space is minimalistically decorated.
Plants and rich vegetation surround the outer walls of the apartment, making a limited open space, refreshingly lush.
As we have already mentioned, it is a duplex apartment where the bedrooms are on the upper level. From the main bedroom, which overlooks the living room, there is also access to the swimming pool.
What an enchanting space!
