We are all a bit of fans of Ferrari’s work and products.
Some less, some more, but even if you do not think too much about cars, you definitely will appreciate the beauty and quality of the model of this legendary Italian brand. In addition to the famous cars that we mainly fed the imagination and sense of vision, this company added to its summary and art books created in honor of its almost century-long history and existence in the world of automotive.
This edition was published by the publishing house Taschen and is composed of the archive content of Ferrari, as well as the best private collections in the world. Inside the covers of this book, it is possible to find plenty of photographs, some of which have never been seen publicly, but also documents that contain the entire palette of an exclusive and detailed world of this Italian company.
The book was edited by the Italian writer and journalist Pino Allievi and is available in red leather version with just 1,947 signed and numbered copies. The total figure is divided into two categories, while the first 250 books represent an artistic edition, all others come as collector.
Each artwork is sold at a price of €25,000 and comes with its own reading stand designed by Mark Newson in person. This stand is inspired by the 12-cylinder engine in hand-bent, flared chromed steel. The artistic editions of this book have been signed by Pierre Ferrari, the son of Enzo Ferrari, and Sergio Marcione, who is the long-time president and CEO of Ferrari.
In the meantime, collectible editions (numbered from 251 to 1,947) are sold at a price of €5,000 and are presented in an aluminum box that was also designed by Newson. This box / suitcase is inspired by Ferrari’s engine and the powerful attitude of this brand in the auto industry.
