New hypersport electric car from Croatia will be presented for the first time to the Californian audience at the Monterey Car Week event, in a special edition – in blue.
The Rimac C_Two (Concept Two) model had a world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show in early March, and the Croatian manufacturer is now aiming to impress the squeaky and wealthy California audience on the Pacific Ocean in Monterey.
Especially for this occasion, the C_Two got the bright blue body color, the new wheel design and the addition to the title – California Edition.
As far as technical details are concerned, they are unchanged in relation to the vehicle that debuted in Geneva.
Rimac C_Two is powered by 4 electric motors located at each of the 4 wheels of this car with a total power of 1,914 hp and a maximum torque of 2,300 Nm.
The maximum design speed of this 1.950 kg vehicle is 412 km/h, the acceleration 0-100 km/h is achieved for a fantastic 1.85 seconds, and up to 100 miles per hour (0-160 km/h) arrives at 4.3 seconds.
The power for starting an electric motor is stored in a lithium-ion battery of 120 kWh, and according to the specifications, C_Two can go with a full battery up to 650 km.
Rimac plans to produce 150 copies of the C_Two model, which costs $2.1 million.
C_Two California Edition, as you see in the photos, will be presented to the audience in Monterey on August 24th.
