Ford recently announced that it will increase the production of the sports model GT (to a total of 1,350 copies), and now has included in its offer a new, third special edition.
It’s the Ford GT Carbon Series, a car that is 18 kg lighter than the regular road version thanks, among other things, with carbon fiber wheels, a titanium exhaust system and a back cover made of polycarbonate.
Regardless of the weight change, parts of the equipment continue to be air conditioning, infotainment system and radio.
Also, the vehicle has several elements with visible carbon fiber, and there are racing bands, seats with a unique scheme and silver seams, a steering wheel with Alcantara, details of carbon fiber in the interior, special markings …
On offer are also four colors for the central racing line, rear-view mirrors and brake pads (red, blue, orange and silver), and it’s worth noting that Ford will produce just one such GT Carbon Series per week.
The car will be powered by 3.5-liter V6 engine with 656 hp and 745 Nm of torque.
