The car is labeled AP-0, and it is an electric sports coupe weighing only 1200 kg (thanks to a carbon fiber chassis). Apex Motor said in a statement that the AP-0 is characterized by superior agility and exceptional handling, and that the project is led by a team led by British designer Guy Colborne (worked for Vauxhall, BMW and Daewoo).
Hypercar is powered by 650hp and 580Nm, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 2.3 seconds and top speed is 305 km/h.
Autonomy with a single charge of 90 kWh lithium-ion batteries is about 515 km, which states that up to 80% of the capacity of fast-charging batteries can be recharged in about 15 minutes.
In terms of dimensions, the car is 4380 mm long, 2017 mm wide, while the clearance is only 95 mm.
Production of the Apex AP-0 will start in 2022, with the announcement that its price will be £150,000 (plus tax).
