Some people, even in these difficult times of fighting the coronavirus, find inspiration for crazy precious things such as face mask made of pure gold. Shankar Kurhade, a 49-year-old Indian businessman who lives in Pune, India, bought the customized pure gold mask for almost $4,000.
He that he didn’t do it for publicity, but said the mask which weighs 50 grams (1.8 ounces) probably isn’t the best choice to fight the contagion. “I am not sure if it will be effective to protect me from a coronavirus infection.”

Kurhade, who owns a company selling industrial sheds,found the isnpiration to have a pure gold face mask when he saw another man with a silver face mask online.
“People are asking me for selfies,” he said. “They are awestruck when they see me wearing the gold mask in markets.”
