If you are a passenger on board Virgin Atlantic flights to the US and Caribbean on the April 29, you get a privilege to celebrate the Marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton. Participating flights will be decorated as a traditional UK street party.
Passengers on these flights in Economy and Premium Economy will receive an afternoon tea of wedding cake and traditional English breakfast tea served in a souvenir union jack lunch box. In addition, the cabins will be decorated in bunting and union jack headrests to create a patriotic atmosphere. All passengers will also receive special Kate and William themed love hearts and ice cream during the flight.
Upper Class passengers will get to celebrate at the Virgin bar, where wedding cake and other wedding favors will be given to passengers throughout the flight. The head of in-flight services, Simon Soni hopes to make it an historic as well as a memorable event for the passengers and crew members.
