Each unit accommodates up to four cars, but some members are opting to combine units for additional car storage and entertainment space.

With grading completed and construction well underway, the first 11 Garage Loft buildings, comprising 44 individual units, are set to be completed soon. Remarkably, over 90% of these units have already been sold, indicating the high demand and enthusiasm among prospective residents.
