3,000-square foot Hollywood Hills home, located at 1467 N. Kings Road in Los Angeles, was purchased by spoiled rich girl in 2007 for $3.865 million, and made a total renovation in it. Faye Resnick, interior designer and a family friend to Paris Hilton assisted to overhaul totally the 1929 Spanish-style home and turn it into a more Paris Hilton style.
Hollywood Pad has four bedrooms and a dressing area holding only a few from Hilton’s wardrobe. One room is a mix of old Hollywood glamour and youthfulness drawn from Hilton’s signature color – pink. There is also a separate room for house shoes. The living room has a large life-size picture of Paris Hilton on the wall and a black baccarat chandelier which costs $40,000. The pool looks luxurious with its cozy black and white colored lounge chairs. The star’s home is full of family photos and high-end finishes.
