Howard Bulloch, developer of Compass Investments wants the Skyvue Las Vegas Super Wheel to open in 2013. The project is estimated to be in excess of $100 million. The complex will include, in addition to the long-awaited wheel, roller coaster and not less than 18,580 m2 of shops , restaurants and other entertainment venues. It will have 40 gondolas each holding up to 25 passengers.
