Louis Vuitton Tambour Diver Chronograph
We haven’t seen any new timepiece offerings from Louis Vuitton in a while, so the introduction of this special Tambour Driver Chronograph for Only Watch Charity Auction comes at a perfect time. Not only will the sale of the timepiece go to benefit charities of muscular dystrophy, but it was also designed in collaboration with a young boy afflicted with Duchenne muscular dystrophy named Paul Pettavino.
This one-off piece is made using black gold (which is white gold that’s been given the old PVD treatment), and has orange-colored dial details, rotative bezel markings and a thick rubber bracelet. It has a transparent back which shows off the LJP 8181 movement. It is fully water resistant and packaged in a mini Damier Graphite canvas trunk. Only Watch 2011 is engraved in the back.
