Katy Perry And Russell Brand Luxury $6.5 Million Hollywood Mansion
Pop star Katy Perry decided to replace her old California home with one bigger and more expensive. Popular singer and her husband, comic actor Russell Brand purchased a brand new home in the Hollywood Hills last week for $6.5 million.
The three story, 8,835 square foot Mediterranean-style home has 9 bathrooms, a giant pool, a guest house, screening room, pub, study and 7 bedrooms — including a 5 room master suite. It was also used for one season of TV series The Bachelor.
Famous couple, who married in a ceremony on a tiger reserve in India in October 2010 – have sold their $3.395 million mansion in Los Feliz, California, and are now moving into a new Spanish-style home which belonged to Daniel Laikin, the former chief executive of National Lampoon, according to RadarOnline.com. Katy and Russell also owns a Tribeca penthouse, thought to be purchased for $2.7 million.
