Luxury brand, Porsche Design has released their Fashion Collections for the Spring/Summer 2012. Both Fashion Collections, Men’s and Women’s will be available from January 2012 in Porsche Design Stores worldwide.
Porsche Design P’1140 RawTec Blazer
Men’s Fashion Collection Spring/Summer 2012 features casual but strikingly masculine look. In addition to the classic members of the range, like the biker’s leather jacket P’1160 Roadster Blouson, the present collection also includes the matching summer variant, the P’1160 AirTec Blouson. This leather jacket made of lamb nappa leather is particularly light in weight. With the help of the perforated lamb nappa leather in the shoulder area, this feature is taken up in the classic sporty design of the jacket. Perforated lamb nappa leather in the shoulder area adds sports design style to this jacket.
The innovative RawTec Line, introduced in Autumn/Winter 2011, has also been advanced. Thanks to the use of full-grain lambskin leather, with nappa finish on the inside, these leather jackets need no lining at all and are comfortable to wear especially in the summer months. The leather is laid seam on seam, stitched with a zig zag finish, and then welded with a tape, creating a unique lightness as well as the purist look. Apart from the classic P’1140 RawTec Blazer, the casual leather P’1150 Hoody is also available.
Men’s Fashion Collection has also been extended and developed further in the selection of exclusive Premium Jeans and the category P’1700 Shoes. An element which brings the entire Collection together is the initial sketch of the Exclusive Sunglasses, with the innovative interchangeable lens mechanism. The sunglasses and the sketch from 1977 were the first contribution to fashion from Porsche Design, and in the Fashion Collection the sketch is to be found on the inner lining of jackets and bags.
Women’s Fashion Collection Spring/Summer 2012 features by dominant colors – striking Sulphur and fresh Raspberry. As well as men’s collection, the product range has also been considerably extended, including not only leather jackets and exclusive Premium Jeans but also fashionable silk scarves and silk blouses. This women’s collection not only has the P’1140 RawTec Blazer to offer, but also the leather coat-skirt combination, the P’1150 RawTec Coat, and the leather P’1150 Hoody, a real eye-catcher in the feminine raspberry colour tone. The perfect companion for the summer is the short trenchcoat for women, a creation in lamb nappa leather available in white and black. It has the same features and the same was done as a men’s P’1160 AirTec Blouson.
The clear line and purist design appeal to every age group, and make the Porsche Design both – Men’s and Women’s Fashion Collection unmistakeable right from the first glance.
