Ahead of the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show debut, Mercedes has released a number of photos showing the lines of the 2012 Mrecedes-Benz ML63 AMG, as well as the preliminary technical details. The big news is that that it will use the fresh 5.5-liter V8 twin-turbo which will develop 518 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of peak torque.
The fuel economized high-performance SUV is eco friendly and good on performance too. Available with an Active Curve System for active roll stabilization, the car can hit speeds from zero to 60 mph takes 4.7 seconds and 4.6 seconds respectively, with top speeds of 155 mph (electronically limited) and at 174 mph with the AMG Performance Package. The ML63 will also have a new standard air suspension system with automatic leveling. The suspension also features a new active roll stabilization program that helps in corners or with emergency maneuvers.

The most dramatic changes take place up front, where designers have created a bulbous hood with two air intake and an aggressive front fascia with standard LED daytime running lamps and a matte silver chrome strip fitted at the bottom of the skirt. The ML 63 AMG also gets the trademark quad-outlet exhaust tips, and 20-inch alloy wheels. Larger 21-inch alloys will be available as an option.
