RM Auctions returns to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Amelia Island, Florida on March 10, 2012 for its annual Amelia Island auction.
Now in its 14th year, the official auction house of the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance will showcase over 100 automobiles, with consignments including a 1934 Packard Twelve Dietrich Convertible Victoria and a 1929 Cord L-29 Hayes Coupe. In 2011, RM Auctions once again enjoyed the top auction results posted during the Amelia Island Concours weekend, generating $24.3 million in sales with a 96% of lots sold.

1937 Squire 1½-Liter Drophead Coupe by Corsica
Chassis no. 1063. Ultra-rare doesn’t begin to describe this incredible Squire. It is the first of the last three Squires built by Val Zethrin and the only one to be bodied by Corsica Coachworks.
1929 Cord L-29 Special Coupe by Hayes Body Corporation
Chassis no. 2927005. With ACD Level One certification, this one-off design statement by Count Alexis de Sakhnoffsky is a masterpiece of the Classic Era.
1934 Packard Twelve Convertible Victoria by Dietrich, Inc.
Chassis no. 1108-15. As one of three examples remaining today, this Packard is not just rare but beautiful with its stunning Dietrich coachwork. A Best in Class winner at the 2011 Concours d’Elegance of America.
1950 Jaguar XK-120 “Alloy” Roadster
Chassis no. 670124. This extremely rare and desirable Alloy Roadster is JDHT certified as having its original and matching numbers. With a known history from new, including early racing provenance, this XK120 has been expertly restored.
1964 Aston Martin DB5 Vantage Convertible
Chassis no. DB5C/1924/R. Restored to award-winning standards and one of only seven original Vantage-powered DB5 Convertibles. It retains it original and matching numbers as verified by its BMIHT certificate.
1913 Hispano-Suiza Alfonso XIII Double Berline by Carrosserie Alin & Liautard
Chassis no. 718. This fascinating Alfonso XIII with Alin & Liautard coachwork is only one of four built. It has been expertly restored to retain the original character that only such an authentic antique could acquire.
