At Baselworld 2013, Montegrappa has launched 4 models of fountain pens applauding one of pop culture’s most enduring heroes Elvis Presley. At the same place Italy’s most prestigious pen manufacturer presented Silvester Stallone’s Chaos Automatic Analogue Wristwatch. Montegappa’s brand ambassador Sylvester Stallone has already created the pen and cufflinks, and now their collaboration culminated with this stunning limited edition wristwatch.
Crafted from forged silver or gold with a black PVD-coated case back the watch features the Chaos series motifs, involving a series of serpents and skulls conceived by Stallone. Its 54 mm by 43 mm case is handcrafted in Northern Italy, where the watch also received its final assembly.
The power of the watch is derived from ETA 2824 movement , which also controls the date function noticed at the 3 ‘o’clock position, and is water resistant to 10 ATM.. All numerals are in Roman font, to revoke a sense of nobility from yester years. It comes on a leather strap also with a skull-motif buckle.
Beside Elvis Presley Pens Collection and Silvester Stallone’s Chaos Automatic Analogue Wristwatch, Montegrappa also presented as homage to iconic painter, Salvador Dali.
