Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z paid $45 million for palatial Malibu mansion. The mansion was in ownership by another famous singer, the Cher.
Cher put the mansion on the market in 2008 then took it off when she wasn’t quite ready to sell. But when Cher put the house back on the market in March, Beyonce was ready to grab it.
Designed by Ron Wilson this house has overlooking at the Pacific Ocean. From an aerial view, you can see the inground pool out front and a tennis court out back, and it looks surprisingly close to the highway.
Mansion boasts the 13,126-square-foot, 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a theater, a guest house, and a gym. The Italian Renaissance-style dig comes equipped with stone walls and a stamped-copper dining-room ceiling.
