A 700-room Grand Hyatt, a 300-room Mondrian, and the 200-room Rosewood Hotels & Resorts are some of branded hotels which will be there. The centerpiece will certainly be a 100,000-square foot casino, the Caribbean’s largest. It will boasts more than 1,500 slot machines and 150 table games. Global Gaming Asset Management was selected to operate the casino-hotel. Luxury resort will also boasts 200,000 square feet of meeting space, 3,000 feet of beachfront, chef-branded restaurants and a retail village.
