BMW will from August present to Japanese customers a new limited edition of the Nighthawk M5 (F10) which will be available in a series of only 10 pieces.
First deliveries of the BMW M5 Nighthawk Special Edition in Japan are scheduled for October this year, and so far it is not known whether the Germans offer this car in other markets.
However, M5 Special Edition Nighthawk got BMW Individual Frozen Black Matt color, a set of black 20-inch alloy wheels, dark chrome details in the release (“kidneys”, door handles, side mirrors, rear diffuser), LED headlamps, Merino leather interior in Sakiru orange colored BMW M Performance package of carbon fiber for the interior, as well as Competition package (bi-turbo V8 engine enhanced to 575KS, modified suspension, active M differential lock and much more.
The M5 from 0 to 60mph comes in 4.2 seconds, which is 0.1 seconds faster than the standard M5 with 560Hp. BMW M5 Nighthawk Special Edition in Japan cost 18,200,000 yen which is about $181,175.
