Harry Winston has launched unique Mrs Winston High Jewelry Timepiece, which pays tribute to Harry Winston and his beloved wife, Edna. Blending high jewelry and horlogerie, this one-of-a-kind timepiece reflects the perfect connection of Edna’s personal style and Harry’s famous saying “If I could, I would attach diamonds directly onto a woman’s skin.” This latest addition to Harry Winston’s exclusive Ultimate Adornments High Jewelry Collection is handcrafted in platinum and diamonds, and adorned with more than 47 carats of the world’s finest diamonds.
It required 440 hours to create. Like all of Harry Winston’s designs, the piece is hand-set with only the finest quality diamonds, D, E, F in colour, and VS+ in clarity. The 17 mm x 30 mm marquise-shaped platinum case is is outlined with 32 baguette-cut diamonds. The dial, which is 18K white gold dial, is set with 144 brilliant-cut diamonds of varying proportions. The bracelet is adorned by 230 fancy-shaped diamonds, of which the baguette-cut diamonds dot the outer edges while a mixture of pear, marquise and brilliant cut diamonds graces the delicate bars of platinum.
