Mercedes a few days ago on his Facebook page released some teaser images which announced “a new member of its AMG family,” but it was not stated the name of the new model. Now, it has been confirmed that it is a Mercedes SLS AMG GT Final Edition, which will be exposed in Tokyo and Los Angeles Motor Show. This is a new, and also the last, version of the SLS AMG, whose series is limited to only 350 copies. Price was not disclosed yet, and the sales expected to begin in February in 2014.
SLS AMG GT Final Edition got the hood and front spoiler made of carbon fiber, a redesigned front bumper, sleek rear spoiler, carbon fiber mirrors, and new brakes. The engine is the same as in the standard SLS AMG GT model, which means that the car comes with 6.3-liter V8 engine with 435 kW/591Hp.
