Pop star Ricky Martin is selling his downtown New York apartment for $8,3 million. He purchased condo at 40 Bond Street, for $5.7 million in 2007, from the building’s developer, Ian Schrager. According to the listing, the 2,600-square-foot, has three bedrooms and three and half baths. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuro, lavish condo features the floors, kitchen cabinets, and wood paneling in the master bathrooms “finished in Austrian smoked oak treated with natural oil.” Also, there’s a “wet room in seamless Corian embossed with the building’s signature graffiti pattern.”
Puerto Rico native singer decided to sell his Greenwich Village condo, after the last-year purchase of another home in New York’s Upper East Side. Martin paid $5.9 million for luxury 3,150 square-foot apartment with amazing view on the 15-acre Carl Schurz Park.
