David Koepp, famous screenwriter and director has put his Manhattan house on the market for $9,9 million. Single family residence features 5000 plus square feet of living space with five bedrooms and three full and one half bathroom, two fireplaces, an elevator that serves four of the five floors, a sky-lit laundry room on the top floor, and a multi-level garden. The man behind blockbuster Hollywood films such as Jurassic Park, Mission Impossible, Spider-Man and Panic Room is the fifth most successful screenwriter of all time in terms of domestic box office receipts with totals at just over $2 billion.
