The opening of Hard Rock Palm Springs Hotel was in true rock star fashion. This special event held on March 6 was marked with a dozen guitars broken as a brand’s tradition to celebrate the opening of new property. Featuring some of the event’s top celebrities and Hard Rock International executives, the classic Hard Rock Guitar Smash thrilled those in attendance, celebrated the signature property and amplified the night’s energetic atmosphere. The star that was at the forefront in smashing was the Hills star Audrina Patridge. For a good atmosphere also made sure the popular indie headlining electronic rock duo, Phantogram and Swedish pop band The Embassy.
“We are thrilled to continue expanding the Hard Rock Hotel brand, bringing something special to the music mecca of Palm Springs, an area so rich in history and culture,” says John Galloway, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Hard Rock International. “We look forward to connecting with music lovers worldwide and seeing the new property blossom into one of Southern California’s most sought-after entertainment destinations.”
