This time the 5-star hotel is topic because its fresh renovation which costs $78 million and lasted two years. The Joule hotel downtown has debuted 29 new guest suites and three penthouses. Two of the penthouses are two stories, 2,312-square-foot multilevel beauty with glass staircases and 600-square-foot private roof balconies overlooking the Dallas skyline.
Designed by Adam D. Tihany, this space is accented with museum-quality artwork and also includes two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, dining and living rooms and full kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Rooms are decked out with black wood floors, custom Italian woodwork, ivory calfskin leather headboards, original Bram Tihany black-and-white photography, down pillows and comforters, 300-thread-count sheets, and martini bars.

Guests can also enjoy Traffic Los Angeles Men’s store and Traffic Play, Weekend Coffee – the coffee shop concept created by the TenOverSix girls, a new restaurant and lobby bar, three new ballrooms and four meeting rooms to name just a few. Rooms start at around $198 per night on weekdays.
