Big Bang’s Kaley Cuoco and her love tennis pro Ryan Sweeting who got married on New Year’s Eve after a whirlwind romance – have put their L.A. property on the market for $2.795 million. The couple decided to sell their Sherman Oaks home since they’ve reportedly snapped up Khloe Kardashian’s huge Los Angeles home for $5.49million. Cuoco’s home which is listed on sale is 5,233 square foot residence, finely furnished with a large assortment of homely and stylish amenities.
Her valley-based home features five bedrooms and bathrooms and is fit for a Hollywood starlet. It includes a gourmet kitchen with gold-painted cabinets and stainless appliances, a pool and outdoor living room and kitchen, and a master bathroom with a professional shampoo bowl and two private balconies.
Cuoco purchased it in 2010 for $2.4 million. Well, the selling price isn’t so impressive.
