To commemorate Nordic’s 25th anniversary, Leica has just unveiled a Silver Anniversary Edition of its M Monochrom camera. When talking about specifications, they are identical to the black version, but includes a Leica Summilux M-1.4/35 ASPH Silver Lens that is purpose-built for this edition, and is wrapped in unique Aztec beige leather. A beige shoulder strap is also included, alongside the standard accessories.
The Leica M Monochrom Silver Anniversary Edition camera will be exclusively be sold through the Leica dealers in Denmark and is priced at around $21,000. And is limited to only 25 pieces. A serial number from 01/25 to 25/25 also replaces the word “Monochrom” on the hot shoe.
