Actor Matthew Perry has listed his home in Malibu, Calif., for $12.5 million. Known as the Pier house, it sits on roughly 2½ acres. Described as a “stunning example of contemporary architecture with spectacular and awe-inspiring ocean views,” the contemporary house has four bedrooms and six bathrooms in 5,500 square feet of luxuriously renovated living space. The interior is a sharp and sophisticated blend of textures and colors. The large master suite has his and hers baths, and a seating area with fireplace. The home’s outdoor entertaining areas include spacious balconies, a fire pit and dramatic swimming pool with a television.
Other notable features include a game room, home theater, and well-appointed designer kitchen, as well a sound system that serves both the inside and the outside of the home.
According to public records, the “Friends” star purchased the house in 2005 for $6.55 million. He recently sold his West Hollywood condo and picked up a new place above the Sunset Strip.
