After the world’s tallest Burj Khalifa, world’s largest Dubai fountain and world’s first Armani Hotel, Dubai is now set to open the highest restaurant in the world at the same tower in January next year. The restaurant will be called Atmosphere and will be located on the 122nd floor of Burj Dubai, the tallest building in the world.
Touted to be the world’s highest restaurant, it will be designed by Adam Tihany, the renowned hotel designer and boast of a grill room and a large lounge concept. The name Atmosphere is justified by the height of its location and the luxurious address.
It will be run by EHG’s new Lifestyle Dining division, and the concept could also be exported. It doesn’t have to be a one-off. It could go anywhere internationally, it just has to be in the highest building in the city to call it Atmosphere, says EHG chief executive officer Marc Dardenne.
