This week Wimmer unveiled a trio a modified KTM X-BOW race cars, all delivering over 1300 hp! German tuner started with the KTM X-Bow GT which features a modified turbo, an optimized high compression pump and intake system, a modified engine and an EVO 2 carbon fiber rear wing with adjustable flaps. It develops 485 hp (357 kW) and 520 Nm of torque. Thanks to a weight of just 850 kg Wimmer’s KTM X-BOW GT is able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in less than 4 seconds and it can pull as much as 1.5 G in lateral acceleration. Its top speed is rated at 160 mph (255 km/h). It costs €130,000.
The Wimmer RST KTM X-BOW R comes with similar modifications, and it develops 455 hp (335 kW) and 500 Nm of torque. Its top speed is rated at 154 mph (248 km/h). It’s price is €120,000. The last but not least, the Wimmer RST KTM X-BOW RR is priced at €110,000 and it develops 370 hp (272 kW).
