At this year’s Art Basel fair 2014 in Miami, acclaimed shoe designer and Vivier creative director Bruno Frisoni has presented an exclusive handbag, luxuriously named Miss Viv’ L’ArcoBaleno. Colorful bag is result of collaboration between Frisoni and Design Miami founder Ambra Medda. Inspired by Ambra’s e-commerce site L’ArcoBaleno, the Italian word for rainbow, the ultra-glamorous, statement bag features a degradé of rainbow sequins, mounted in an escalating ombre design.
“It was Bruno’s idea to create this spectrum of colors and he knew that they wanted someone young to collaborate with for the brand and someone who would wear an evening bag with, say, a very casual look. Even though the bag is quite rich, I’d marry it with jeans and make the look more youthful,” said Ms. Medda.
There is no word on for how much this bespoke piece from Bruno Frisoni will retail. We only know, it will be limited edition.
