Lavish Palm Beach Gardens Mansion has just hit the market, priced at $30 million, making it the most expensive listing in the neighborhood. The 16,000-square-foot home, dubbed Palazzo Grande, features 16th Century Italian Renaissance- and French Baroque-revival details. The mansion has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, a 75-guest ballroom and 40 chandeliers, including 30 Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers.
Some of the amenities include limestone walls, cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and the very top-of-the-line appliances, including two Sub-Zero refrigerators and two dishwashers. The dining room was modeled after Venice’s Galleria Academia. It features 80 hand-carved cherubs on its ceiling. There’s also an ornate room exclusively for billiards.
The property includes a 1,120-square-foot pool which features blue Polaris marble and four carved stone lion fountains, in addition to a spa and Parthenon-style pool house. There’s also a clay tennis court.
In addition, the house also has a guest house on the property built to the same lavish standards as the main residence.
Palm Beach County property records show the Palazzo Grande, 5435 Sea Biscuit Road, is owned by John and Amanda Termotto. It was built in 2005.
