Now,you can buy luxury residences in Miami tower designed by leading architect César Pelli. Preconstruction reservations and sales for residences by Armani Casa have begun, and some sources say that over 84% of the residences are already sold! The 60-storey oceanfront tower in Sunny Isles Beach, just north of Bal Harbour, and boasts 260 luxury residences. They are from 2,000 square feet to 3,500 square feet, priced from $1.2 million to $5.5 million.
It will be the first North American project for Armani/Casa, which already has several branded residential properties, including the World Towers in Mumbai, India and the Maçka Residences in Istanbul, Turkey.
Residences by Armani Casa will be completed and officially opened 2018.
