Now, you can party like Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, since their house in Los Angeles is available for rent. Winklevoss twins’ luxury residence in the famed Bird Streets area high above L.A.’s Sunset Strip, can now be yours for $150,000 per month. The glass-walled residence features nearly 8,000 square feet, with five en suite bedrooms and seven full and two half bathrooms. The interconnected living spaces include a combination living/dining/kitchen and an office/library with custom-crafted built-in storage.
The lower level includes a lounge area with built-in wet bar, an adjoining state-of-the-art media room and direct access to a six-car subterranean garage. On the upper floor, there are the living/dining space and the master bedroom with solid walls of glass that slide open to a glass-railed terrace with sweeping city views and L-shaped swimming pool with tanning shelf.
According to Variety, Winklevoss purchased the sleek and architecturally libidinous mansion in August 2012 for $18 million. “At the time, it was reported that Tyler would occupy the premises while Cameron would remain based in New York City and that they planned to use the house as a West Coast base for their eponymous, Internet-oriented venture capital firm.”
