Formula 1 legend Ayrton Senna’s former luxury home in Portugal has just hit the market, priced at a whopping €9.5 million. The three-time world champion, who was tragically killed in an accident while leading the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix, bought it in 1991 for the equivalent of €500,000. Luxury property in the heart of golden triangle luxury in Quinta do Lago boasts stunning views across the 10,500 square metres of landscaped gardens.
The villa has an open plan living area with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a games den, home cinema and a study, along with fireplaces. Also, the property inludes tennis court, a football pitch and a four-hole putting green.
Following his death, the street of its location was renamed Avenida Ayrton Senna.
